That’s pretty accurate, but I mark you some mistakes:
The name and the surname are the most stereotyped name and surname in Italy, this means that you can find someone called Maria Rossi, but actually it's very unprobable.
The fact that the teacher shares the experience with her students and incorporates them into her lesson plans cannot be true, it's impossible for that to happen in italian schools.
Lastly, the image is well done, but Maria looks a bit like a stereotyped farmer. Perhaps this idea is accentuated by her dress, the fact that in her hands she has wicker basket and inside there is a food that looks like Parmiggiano Reggiano cheese. An Italian tourist would never go on a trip in this way.

Maybe something went wrong with Midjourney? Another reflection: I don't know if I would buy a souvenir with a voucher for a culinary experience in a region that I'm about to leave in a few hours or days, because I wouldn't have time to make the experience, but maybe this is just my personal taste. Anyway, the concept is accurate to the brief.
