Hi all, reckon it's time for an update, so to recap, we flew out of WA through to California on the 9th April and flew back into WA 4 months later. In between we have been in Sydney, Tassie, Wauchope in NSW and up to Currumbin Waters on the Gold Coast.
Now as I write this we are back house sitting in a place called Stoneville which is about 1 hour north east of Perth in the hills area. More on that later though.
After leaving Tassie we flew back to Port Macquarie where we have the old truck stashed. Jumped in that and headed back to Sydney for a couple days where we caught up with cousin Barry and Di, great time but always to short with these guys.
Always good to catch up and spend time with Diney's mum and brother Richie.
Funny story, discovered we had no tail lights and only one headlight after driving around in the dark for an hour, had to fit a new headlight plug which bro in law Gary soldered up for me, all seems good, plus radiator started leaking but a can of "stop leak" stopped that. Clutch also needs replacing. Will have to fix that.
Cuddles with big bro Tom and sis Daph, ta for the bed for the last couple days Daph xxx
After Sydney we head back to Wauchope and I put a new clutch in the ute and flushed the radiator out and put some more stop leak in it and we are off to the Gold Coast. Well we got as far as Coffs Harbour and the radiator starting leaking again, more stop leak and numerous more stops and we nearly made it to Ballina before I pulled the pin. Ring Bruce to come and get us and we finally arrive about 4 hours late. It's also Friday night.
Was lucky enough to pick up a new radiator Saturday morning and off back down to the car to fit and drive back, so far all good, but........
Discover a hose leaking as well so fix that then another hose starts leaking so pull half the motor to pieces to get at the hoses and replace the lot, including the rusted out piping around the back of the motor, have I mentioned I hate cars yet... and we also discover the headlight is not working again, yep the one that was fixed.
So in between fixing the car we got a heap of work done around the house, got a few coffees in and did way to much laughing.
A great night out at a local restaurant which was made even more fun because they supply you with crayons and you can scribble and draw all over the table cloth, nothing naughty here folks hahaha
Yes folks, a major break through here, Diney is actually navigating around a screen using a mouse ........ yes you heard correct folks she is using the mouse, and as you can see she is really enjoying it hahahahahahaha
Back down to Laurieton where we catch up with this crazy lady, luv you Syl xxx

Our time is at an end on the east coast though, time to head back west of the known world.
Goodbye all and HELLO Tigger
A kiss and a cuddle for Tigger and lift the seat to reconnect the battery and find mice shit......... Noooooooooooo, not again. Dig a bit deeper and find no damage and an empty bag of rat sack, take that you bastard. Clean up poop, recharge battery and away we go, well sort of, Tigger was not happy with a gut full of stale fuel, but we got over that thankfully.
Lots of grandma time
A new convert, oops sorry Chonny xxx
This wee one wasn't walking when we left, now she is mastering high heels....... well sort of
Getting lots done on the veranda which goes all the way around the house and as you will notice, my role is very important
All the hard work has paid off and we can enjoy the fruits of our labour
All to soon and we are back on the road to our next house sit, which is were we came in, kids are all ready to head out.
