CalWorks Expungement Program
Through an agreement with the Social Services Agency CalWORKs Program, the Office of the Public Defender may assist you in clearing your record to improve your opportunity for employment. Note: (Some clients may be disqualified for services based on specific convictions.)
ELIGIBILITY: Current CalWORKs participants and/or former CalWORKs clients who have received aid within the past 12 months may be eligible.
