Sparkpoint - San Jose
SparkPoint is a non-profit resource that is a partner of United Way. We offer free services to community members and students in the Bay Area. We are located at Evergreen Valley College and San Jose City College. SparkPoint’s goal is to help strengthen these students/community members’ financial capability and assist in furthering their economic and educational goals. We offer one-on-one confidential financial & career coaching which helps clients rebuild credit, decrease debt using strategies, budgeting tips, and offer resume building, and mock interviews. We also host Bay Area Legal Aid Clinics twice a month at Evergreen Valley College and San Jose City College to offer free legal advice and one-on-one confidential meetings with attorneys for anyone with questions or issues on consumer rights.
