If a previous customer or anyone asks for how long or when we will offer sales again, then say “We won’t be accepting new sales appointments at least thru the end of 2021. There is no timetable on when or if we offer appointments in 2022”. If they try to dig in further, say “That’s all the information I have.”
If someone asks why are we no longer selling, say “We cannot accept new projects at this time in {City}. Our #1 priority right now is to take care of existing customers. We are focused on installing all open jobs and servicing existing work we’ve done..” IF someone presses further, say “That’s all the information I have.”
