"I understand your concerns and we do recognize that sometimes issues can arise. With 46 locations and millions of jobs completed over Champion’s 68-year history, we know sometimes we do not get it right the first time, but we do everything we can to address and rectify these issues. As you can imagine, COVID-19 caused some disruption for several of our locations from a staffing and supply perspective – especially as it pertains to service work. With people spending a lot more time in their homes (and with a lifetime warranty), we did see higher than normal increase in warranty service requests. It was unfortunate timing, but we have made significant improvements to increase our capacity and address requests as quickly as possible.
