Following winter storm damage it was necessary to remove the advertisement hoarding in February of 2026, coinciding with the fence replacement work during the closed season; this was stored in the goods shed while other works took place on the site.

The Friends Of volunteers then investigated the possibility of re-erecting the replica hoarding and reached an agreement with A.H. Contractors who have happily now reinstated the hoarding complete with its period advertisement for our kind sponsors Bushy's Brewery.

We are delighted to have found a solution to this issue so quickly and are indebted to the contractors for carrying out the work in such an efficient manner, and especially to Bushy's Brewery who have funded the entire initiative to ensure the feature is back for the first trains of the season.
