Naomi is a compassionate if slightly troubled person. She has struggled in her life to make connections with others, due to past trauma. But if a strong enough connection is established, Naomi is loyal to a fault. She isn’t always one to necessarily think plans through, often being a little impulsive and even sometimes reckless. But despite that she has a curious mind and is always looking for new inventions to create. If not that, then she’ll be found spending time with those she loves.

Naomi Reed is the head of security of the USS Enterprise. She is a skilled inventor and fighter, wiling to go to any lengths to protect those she loves.
CHILDHOOD & CRIMINAL PAST
Naomi grew up on her home-world of Terra Nova, a colony planet riddled with poverty. Much like her father, Naomi had a fascination with technology, building and tinkering with scraps from a young.
Due to her mother’s rare condition, her father and brother turned to theft to afford her life saving medicine. Unfortunately the nature of their lives comes with many dangers. Their ship was shot down of re-entry, causing Naomi to lose both her father, Carlson and brother, William. After their deaths, Naomi took up thievery along with her android, Artemis to care for her mother, Francesca.
MEETING THE ENTERPRISE CREW
Naomi’s criminal activities led her to cross paths with the Enterprise. Her life began to fall apart around that time, as past enemies caught up with her. Bringing conflict to the Enterprise and causing the abrupt murder of her mother.
JOINING STARFLEET
In the following years since, Naomi became an asset to Starfleet, making up for her criminal past. She progressed from a technology consultant, to training to become a fully trained Starfleet officer. Naomi also became closer to the crew, particularly becoming best friends with Leonard McCoy and Rila Kirza, and falling in love with Jim Kirk.
