Kori is the impulsive pilot of the Cleopatra. She comes from the ancient Amari-Hehewuti faction of the Amari race, who broke apart after the civil war. Kori's race was on the losing side. Kori tends to clash with Ishani, who comes from the winning faction of the civil war.
CHILDHOOD & MILITARY CAREER
Kori never knew her family, spending her whole childhood in an orphanage. At a young age, Kori often got into mischief- rebelling against the system and committing low level crimes.
As a young adult, Kori was talked into joining the military. Here she formed friendships with her comrades and learnt how to fly/navigate ships- something she soon found a passion for.
During a mission, Kori's entire team were slaughtered, her being the only survivor. Angry, Kori blamed her commanding officers for their deaths and it led her to quit her military position.
THE CLEOPATRA
Unsure and uncertain of her path, Kori took off into the universe hoping to find an answer. Upon meeting the Cleopatra crew, Kori believed she found her destiny at last- joining the crew as their pilot/navigator.
Kori, like others in the Amari line, has a long life span and long-ranged eyesight that allows her to see for miles. (these abilities/attributes can vary between amari, each of them having something unique to them).
