Sectors
Kaixinae have everyone and their jobs separated into 7 sectors.
Whichever Sector they're born into determines their future jobs. Sometimes they can get moved to a different Sector, but it is difficult. Each Sector has a symbol to represent them, and those symbols are tattooed onto the bodies of the Kaixinae within them. Common placements are the inside of either wrist, outside of the upper arm, and on their ribs towards the front.

Little heads up for the artists:
In "References" there are png, pdf, and ai files for all the symbols. These can be used however you need them for drawing Kaixinae recolor them to use as part of a Kaixinae's reference, resize and warp them to use for art, trace over them for art, etc.
If you do draw them on your own (I both look up to you and fear you), you can make some adjustments and simplifications to make them easier to draw.
