Responder's hands:
Fit and 5+ suit, 14+ HCP;
Fit and 5+ suit, singleton or void, 14+ HCP;
No fit and 6+ suit, 16+ HCP;
Balansed hand without singleton or void, 18-20 HCP.
Opener's rebids
Standard:
raise of responder's suit - 3+ cards and Queen or better;
rebid of your opened suit (if major) - 6+ suit, with jump 7+;
notrump rebid - 11-13 HCP;
side suit - 14+ HCP.
Extended:
rebid of your opened suit (if major) - 6+ suit, with jump 7+;
steps (Except for the trump suit):
step 1 - 12- HCP;
step 2 - 13-14 HCP;
step 3 - 14-15 HCP;
step 4 - 16+ HCP.
Responder's rebids:
Bidding partner's suit shows the two-suited hand without a singleton or void;
Bidding a new suit shows the two-suited hand with a singleton or void in the bid suit;
Rebidding the jump shift suit shows the single-suited hand;
Bidding no-trumps at the cheapest level shows a strong balanced hand.
When NOT to jump-shift:
a two- or three-suited hand;
a one-suited hand with a bad suit (missing two or more top honors);
a very strong, balanced hand.
After RHO double, a suit or NT intervention, the convention is off.
