Opener’s priority list after 1m–1♥/1♠–1NT-2♦-?:
show 4-cards in the other major;
show 3-card support for responder’s suit;
show 5-cards in a minor;
notrump shows nothing else to say.
New Minor Forcing can also be used when opener rebids 2NT:
1♣–1M–2NT–?
1♥–1♠–2NT–?
Now Responder needs only 8 plus HCP.
New Minor Forcing is OFF if the opponents overcalled and the option "NMF by passed hand" is off, but on if they only doubled on the 1st round.
