In this section you will find various routines that will help you to practice different movements from Tai Chi together with me. The routines include various Qi Gong exercises, mobilizations and breathing techniques.
Wake up, warm up and Energise the Body. Prepare for the Day.
This Routine starts with activating the Meridians, loosening the body from stiff muscles and guiding into various healthy Tai Chi Movements.
You can do this in the Morning or in the Evening after a long day.
