Week 11 - Covid Update 2

Parents and Athletes,
With the new update of school being out until April 20th, we have to make some adjustments for the session. We were able to get through 9 of the 16 weeks. With one of the weeks being spring break. Here is my thoughts on Payments going forward. The winter session was $440 for the entire session. We can refund you $150.00 if you would like or you can transfer it to the summer session. We are going to be providing distance learning opportunities for all the athletes for the duration of the Covid - 19 Stay at Home. If you are doing the payment program we can suspend payments or keep it going but transfer the 150.00 into the Summer sessions.
I will be sending all the parents an email with your current payments. If you do nothing I will transfer the money into the summer session. If you would like to get a refund or cancel your paypal subscriptions please do. If you have not paid your 240 for the Youth Polo we would like you to get your payments in. Please check your emails for the invoice and current payments.
