Week 5
Parents and Athletes
Welcome to summer! So here is the plan for summer schedule. We alternate early and late with the boys. We are start weight training this week. Please bring shoes, athletic attire, and be in the weight room/ pool on time. Coach Porterfield our schools Strength and Conditioning coach will be running the weights for the girls. Weights will be on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays.
Junior Olympics Rosters Below - @ Plan. ---- We will have Friday Games. Please plan to be down in Ventura/ Oxnard on Friday afternoon. Roster are below in the google docs. Same at Week 4. Let me know asap if something is up for the weekend. Final roster deadline is Monday morning.
18's - Official Schedule --- They will input the teams and pools on Monday. We have to get 14th out 15 teams to qualify:)
16s - Official Schedule - They will input the teams and pools on Monday. WE have to get 15th out 16 team to qualify @ 16s.
Summer Leagues - We will start up the summer league on Wednesday for the varsity team and on next Thursday for the JV girls. We do have a few of the JV girls who will be play up on Wednesdays. Please check the rosters below.
