Write a phone conversation / dialogue between a customer and “Ocuris hotel” receptionist. The customer will ask for information first and then he will book the room. Use the language studied in unit 2 and include the following information:
Receptionist: Good evening. Ocuris hotel. Reservations. This is Emily. May I help you?
Customer: Good evening. I´m looking for a suitable hotel for me and my manager and I would like to check what facilities your hotel offers.
R: Yes, sir. What do you need to know?
C: Do all rooms have wi-fi and air conditioning?
R: Yes sir. We also have a very well equipped business centre.
C: Do you have a restaurant?
R: Yes, sir. It is open from 7:00 till 10p.m. We also offer 24-hour room service.
C: Great. That´s all I needed to know. I ´d like to book two rooms for next week, please.
R: When for, sir?
C: July 10th
R: How many nights are you staying?
C: Two nights, Tuesday and Wednesday.
R: Would you like a double or two single rooms?
