5️⃣ Người lao động được tổ chức khám sức khỏe hàng năm.
6️⃣ Quyền lợi của người lao động khi bị tai nạn lao động, bệnh nghề nghiệp.
7️⃣ Các trường hợp không giải quyết cho người lao động hưởng chế độ khi bị tai nạn lao động: Do mâu thuẫn của chính nạn nhân với người gây ra tai nạn, do người lao động cố ý, do sử dụng ma túy hoặc chất gây nghiện trái với pháp luật.
8️⃣ Điều kiện được hưởng chế độ tai nạn lao động: Bị tai nạn tại nơi làm việc hoặc suy giảm khả năng lao động từ 5% trở lên do bị tai nạn.
9️⃣ Người sử dụng lao động phải bố trí người làm công tác y tế.
🔟 Mỗi tổ sản xuất trong các cơ sở sản xuất, kinh doanh phải có ít nhất 01 an toàn, vệ sinh viên kiêm nhiệm trong giờ làm việc.
