The AV Science Olympiad team prepares for and competes in the annual Bay Area Regional Science Olympiad, a prestigious high school science competition, which consists of an abundance of different events, ranging from engineering to anatomy and physiology to forensics. Science Olympiad is a national non-profit organization committed to increasing student and teacher participation in STEM subjects, plus (fun fact!) this competition is sponsored by some awesome companies and organizations, such as Google, NBC Universal, and NASA!
