RED FLESH - Triana Sánchez Hevia

The concept of this work is that the human being has the option to be something recognizably good and have something intrinsically bad, because all humans have a dark side that is part of them. It's crucial that we acknowledge what happens inside of the humans -- more if it is intended to implant the human characteristic in the machines. Therefore, this work wants to talk about intrusive thoughts, which are morally or socially not accepted, those that the humans keep hidden or repressed, as they should not be revealed (because if they reveal them, they are uncanny). The man who participated in this work are real and they are chosen for this experiment to observe – in the process of distortion of the familiar or recognizable person – the possibility of provoking the uncanny in the author and the viewer.
