These craft are capable of latching onto ships, akin to mosquitoes, to siphon off fuel before swiftly flying away, leaving their victims immobilized. The Skeeters are a recurring scourge, raiding indiscriminately and wielding recklessly cobbled-together tech that is as likely to backfire as it is to harm an adversary. Persistent rumors circulate about specialized Skeeters known as 'Shitnomancers,' capable of seemingly impossible technological feats. However, many dismiss these claims as victims misinterpreting the Skeeters' unstable scrap tech.
