A science minded species that hails from a universe that existed before our own, their world long since lost to the relentless plodding march of the Void. Their peoples pursuit of Void based technology unwittingly dramatically hastened the Void's consumption of their universe in the process, now the last survivors have harnessed the very technology that caused their universe's demise to leap ahead into the next universe… our universe. Often misunderstood as harbingers of the void, they are simply refugees seeking a warm safe place to rest as they flee an inevitable force of nature, often trying to warn those they encounter of the Void’s proximity as they run.
