Exhibitor Information

We invite exhibitors who wish to provide instruments sales, musical supplies, instrument repair services, other musician-focused goods and services, or locally inspired merchandise and souvenirs. You will have the opportunity to engage with our registrants throughout the event and the general public as they attend the concerts.

Hours

Exhibitor Setup:  Tuesday evening upon request; Wednesday, April 15 between 9 AM and 12 PM

Exhibitor Tear-down:  Saturday, April 18 between 12 PM and 3 PM.  

• The last clinic session begins at 2:45 PM and the first concert of the day begins at 4 PM.  

Exhibitors may choose to be present for only a portion of the time. 

• No fee pro-ration is available. 

Exhibitors can expect the most traffic during the following days/hours:

Wednesday, April 15

12:00 - 4:00 PM 

6:30 - 9:00 PM (during concerts and intermission)

Thursday, April 16

8:00 - 9:00 AM

12:00 - 4:00 PM

6:30 - 9:00 PM (during concerts and intermission)

Friday, April 17

8:00 - 9:00 AM

12:00 - 4:00 PM

6:30 - 9:00 PM (during concerts and intermission)

Saturday, April 18

8:00 - 9:00 AM

12:00 - 3:00 PM

Cost

The exhibit space rate is $100 and includes 1 badge. Exhibitors will have the option of purchasing meals with their registration.  If you need to cancel your table, you need to do so before January 15, 2026 for a full refund.  Meals must be purchased by March 1, 2026.

Additional Services

• Electricity ( first-come, first-served basis) - $35

• Ability to purchase meals - Breakfast $10/day, Thursday Luncheon $45 and Saturday Banquet $65

• Additional badge: $75 each

• Additional table: $100 each, includes one badge.

Liability and Indemnification

Neither the exhibit facility, nor The Association of Concert Bands, nor any of the service contractors will be responsible for loss of or damage to any property in storage, while in transit to or from, and within the confines of the exhibit hall even though it may at any time be under the temporary control or direction of The Association of Concert Bands or its service contractors. 

Refund Policy

• 100% refund until January 15, 2026

• 50% refund between January 15, 2026 and February 15, 2026 

• No refunds on or after February 16, 2026
