This month, we went down to the very bottom of west side at Treasure Valley, to do a cabin campout! While there, we went on hikes, threw tomahawks, and watched some Minecraft movies. At the tomahawks, we had to throw an axe at a playing card that was pinned to the target, and got to take the cards home if we hit it. At night, some of the troop went on a 3 mile midnight hike and explored an abandoned campsite! According to Levi, on the way down, we nearly got lost! In the site, all we found was an abandoned toilet.
In both March and April, Several scouts went to a merit badge college, where they worked on 2 merit badges each. The attendees were Eliot + Levi Guerin, Rylan Moran, London Mason and Luke Warren. It was very fun, and I am very happy with the merit badges that I picked.
Nearing the end of the month, we attended the egg stuffing at the Dudley Gendron. While we were there, we filled a huge bin of eggs, and they were all hid around Waters Farm, along with the eggs from other volunteers, for the town-wide egg hunt. There was a very large amount of sour candy, especially warheads.
