Sustainable transportation is incredibly important to ensure the safety of our planet, and we need your help!
We are inviting you to participate in this event where you can take a photo of yourself on public transportation (TTC, bike etc.) for 6 days and submit them to the form down below for a chance to win the prizes mentioned above!

Join us in the change-making! Let's work together to support sustainable development in this area.
The UTS community will take pictures of themselves using sustainable transport. By doing so, individuals will earn points for their house and the individual with the most point will win a price.
According a study conducted by us, out of 189 participants, around 114 uses car, 103 uses Public Transit and 30 using other modes. We think there is not enough people using Public Transit/Biking/Walking
According to another study, 154 people said that they are able to take Public Transit, that is about 30% more than the actual TTC-takers.
Our group worked together to put together the prize ideas, an email and google form in which the students will submit their photo submissions, and we will cooperate and discuss who has submitted the best, most creative photos among the people who have submitted pictures for all days.
We worked together to find images and discuss appropriate rewards and logical incentives to advertise to students. We had originally planned for this poster to be flyered around the school; however, we had ultimately decided to scrap the idea after remembering that this entire project is about sustainability and printing it out would uphold the sustainable values we tried to embody. Instead, we have simply attached it to the marketing and informative email sent to the student body.
