Onset: 28 weeks gestation

Integration: 5-6 months

While supporting the infant’s head and shoulders in supine, allowing the neck to drop back will cause the shoulders to ABD while the elbows, wrists, and fingers are in EXT. This is followed by shoulder ADD, and elbow and finger FLEX.
