Prone

  • Shoulders in abduction, external rotation, elbows flexion, forearms pronated, hands fisted1

  • Increase in abduction and external rotation of upper extremity1

  • Hands loosely fisted in prone1

Infant in prone, head lifted slightly with chin just off blanket. Arms at side, shoulders slightly flexed, elbows flexed, forearms pronated and hands loosely fisted.
