Francisco Nemenzo Jr.

Francisco Nemenzo Jr. served as the 18th President of the University of the Philippines (1999 to 2005). A political scientist with a PhD from the University of Manchester, he previously held major academic and administrative roles including Chancellor of UP Visayas, Dean of the UP Diliman College of Arts and Sciences, and Faculty Regent.
