The Carlson School believes that students should be able to study in a space that allows them to be their authentic selves. College is also a time of great exploration of personal identity. The Undergraduate Program works to develop programs that create an inclusive space for our students while also providing opportunities to explore new ideas and learn from those who come from different backgrounds
Join in on programs, such as Power Lunches, LGBTQIA Community Luncheons, and Community of Color Luncheons or find several affinity groups within Carlson School student organizations.
Expand your horizons and build connections with the Carlson community. Carlson has 30+ unique student organizations for a wide scope of majors, identities, and interests. The Leadership Lab empowers Carlson undergraduates to unleash the organizational leader within by developing the potential in themselves and others. This co-curricular program blends academic coursework with experiences designed to challenge students, expose them to new ideas, and reinforce approaches that drive change.
Put what you learn in the classroom to work by participating in one of our various case competitions. Take advantage of local opportunities or take a shot at our national/international case teams. Grants are available each semester for students to apply for to support case and conference travel.
