a. Students will be able to identify features of the performance interview
b. Students will practice identification of specific performance behaviors and how to communicate evaluative feedback
c. Students will be able to identify pitfalls associated with rating performance
d. Students will be able to identify major goals of the performance interview (review performance, provide evaluation, goal setting) and how to facilitate each.
