Our copiers are a part of the Copier Program’s Pharos Uniprint system. Instructions on how to log in may be found here.
You will need your:
Cruz ID (your email without the @ucsc.edu)
Last 4 digits of your employee ID (can be found by logging into UCPATH or the Department Manager can look up for you in Div Data)
Teaching Assistants: Your Student ID number is printed on the right side of your ID card. It is the middle seven digits, between the hyphens in the library barcode.
To access, you must have a FOAPAL(s) tied to your Cruz ID. The following are common FOAPALs that we use:
Teaching - 403110 20086 ATGTEA (to be used for any copying related to teaching your course)
General - 403110 20086 ATCOPY (minor, nominal copies that are not teaching or research-related)
Grad Students - 403110 20086 ATGRCY (for grad student use only)
Faculty Research - any research-related copies are to be charged to your Start-Up Funds or other grant funds that allow copy expense.
Please get in touch with Department Staff to assist you in getting your account set up with the UCSC Copier Program.
Cost: Faculty, Staff, and Student Employees (anyone charging on an associated FOAPAL) are charged 6¢ per black and white copy/print, and 18¢ per color copy/print.
