The Gleam of Hope

For my work, I chose a view of a beautiful green forest through a tiny keyhole. Hope for me is to have faith in a phenomenon with a miracle hidden inside. It can be a single bold move that beats all the odds or the action of bringing your fantasies to life. Hope is to give chances to imaginary ideals to be more than just thoughts. The door is representative of the limitations and regulations that restrict the dreams to flow around and become true and the forest indicates a bright desirable reality that is reachable with hope. This painting presents the tiny gap between misery and miracle. This gap can be filled with hope or to be more specific, the key to this keyhole is hope.
