In this course, students are exposed to a wide variety of traditional and new art making techniques, materials, and disciplines (dance, drama, installations and performance art, media arts, music, storytelling, and visual arts). There is a significant focus on skill development as students apply the creative process to explore solutions to creative art challenges.
Art that we create or analyze will explore or reflect First Nations, Métis and Inuit perspectives and cultures. Students will examine the interconnected relationships between art forms and individual and cultural identities, histories, values, protocols, and ways of knowing and being.
Congratulations, Manhoor Amjad for this year's Orange Tshirt Design!
