From its conception, TASIS Dorado has seen the installation of 3 beehives and the creation of the Bee Club. In joining the club, students explore the amazing and intricate lives of bees. As an outgrowth of the Bee Project, the Bear Hive Honey Company was created to give students the chance to learn how to harvest honey and sell it to members of our community, following transparent and productive business models. The CITL is glad to have Ms. Susan Fiallo as a member of the Core Team, and its support of her programs is unwavering.
