Omar González

Through his purposeful and personalized approach to educational technology, Omar has supported his colleagues across all academic levels and disciplines with the goal of enhancing their educational projects with the latest high-tech resources. In addition to launching the "flipped classroom" initiative for the Elementary Division Physical Education department, he has begun facilitating an inter-curricular collaboration between the Innovation Sciences and Foreign Language departments in order to produce interactive educational software for French Language students. What's more, Omar has met with colleagues interested in optimizing the way they currently use technology within their classroom, such as by leveraging the power of stylus-enabled computers and tablets for classroom use. His undertakings have fostered more engaging, efficient, and effective teaching and learning experiences in our classrooms.
