Studio in Art is an excellent choice for the start of your high school art journey. Students who plan to continue to elect advanced art courses in high school and those interested in art will benefit greatly from Studio in Art. In Studio In Art, the fundamentals of design and composition are taught. Projects explore the areas of drawing, painting, printmaking, collage, and sculpture in a variety of media. This course can be part of an art sequence or admission to any advanced art course.
Studio In Art is a 1 credit, full year course.

There are no prerequisites for this course.
Students will use a variety of materials including, but not limited to: pencils, acrylic paint, marker, watercolor, printmaking, digital media, collage materials, and sculpture mediums.
