Sculpture Club

Sculpture Club is a collection of students who wish to explore their artistic skills and language through the use of 3 dimensional materials. Our club allows members opportunities to discover new and different ideas about the representation of 3 dimensional space. Sculpture construction - as visual arts does - helps high school students express new points of view about themselves and the larger world they are a part of. Members have chances to create physical representations of their powerful new thoughts and feelings as growing members of the community in a safe environment. Joining Sculpture Club provides opportunities for students to expand their art literacy, make social, cultural, and historical connections, and become lifelong learners and advocates for art.
