Graphite Self Portrait

While creating my self-portrait drawing, I knew I wanted to try and make my piece of artwork as realistic as possible, I wanted my drawing to resemble me, but obviously, I missed a row of boxes which made it hard to make it as realistic as I wanted to.

The materials I used to create this artwork were graphite pencils on drawing paper. These materials helped me create my self-portrait.

The first thing I did was begin by going box by box from the very top and making it as much as the same as the box on the printed photo of myself. Then I made sure to make my shading as realistic to the photo as possible.
