The main ideas that inspired my artwork were two artists, Shirin Neshat and Piet Mondrian, Shirin inspired the words and writing on the artwork and Mondrian inspired the boxes and colors of the artwork.

The materials I used to create this piece of artwork were marker and ink on drawing paper, these materials helped me create my art history inspired project.

The first thing I did was start by drawing all of the boxes with a black marker, then I colored in a few of the boxes with basic colors, green, red, blue. I then wrote over all of the boxes an essay that I had previously written on being burnt out.
