Artist statement

For this abstract shoe drawing i used colored pencil and pen. i started out with graphite going lightly like i do with all my drawings, and after i was comfortable with the drawing i went in with colored pencil. my original idea was for to do the four seasons and after i finished three of them i realized i didn't have enough bubble like thing to put my fourth season in. so i just decided to make it the background. if i could change anything about this drawing i would have liked to know exactly what i was doing before i started so i wouldn't run into anything like i did. my favorite piece of this art would be the spring season which is the last bubble.
