INDIGO ACTIVATE- MODULE 1 AND 2.
A.) WHAT ARE WE LEARNING ABOUT?
We are learning about our different behaviors and how we learn. We are also getting a better understanding of ourselves and what we want.
B.) HOW ARE WE LEARNING ABOUT IT?
We are learning about this through our indigo information, taking surveys, and getting information on through our indigo survey.
C.) WHY ARE WE LEARNING ABOUT IT? (WHAT’S THE RELEVANCE TO OUR LIVES?)
We are learning about all of this so we can have this information to learn better in other classes. So we can help ourselves succeed in other areas of our life. This helps us discover more about ourselves that we didn't know before. Such as how we learn or how we should be treated so it's easier to learn.
D.) WHICH OF THE 6 C’s ARE WE FOCUSING ON AND WHICH COMPONENTS OF THAT “C” ARE WE PRACTICING SPECIFICALLY?
We are focusing on being a conscientious learner through setting our goals and monitoring them so that we know we are growing. We are managing our time, and we are advocating for ourselves while we take responsibility for learning ok-more.

B.) (1-10) How well can you articulate your career?
I think I can articulate my career pretty well so I would say a 5
C.) (1-10) How well do you know your plan after High School?
I don't know my plan completely yet so maybe a 5 as well.
D.) (1-10) How confident are you in finding a fulfilling career?
I am very confident that I will find a fulfilling career so I would say an 8

I think keeping sensitive information under lock and key and optimistic in process improvement is very true to me.
B.) Comment on those two strengths. (What could they be used for?) (Why are they valuable?)
I think the first one is good because people will trust me more and then I can help them with a better understanding. The second one is good because when I'm stuck I am able to stay optimistic and keep trying to get the task done.

The D stands for dominance.It relates to being more in charge and always making a path for yourself instead of just following others.

I am a high dominance. Some characteristics of high dominance is being assertive, controlling, task-oriented, and direct.
6.) INFLUENCING- Looking at your DISC summary on your Indigo report- What does the “I” stands for and what behavior does it relate to? (As in what does it mean?)
The I stands for influencing. It relates to being influential for how people do things and when you are very influential people definitely follow along with wait you are doing.

I am a high influencing. Some characteristics are self-control, patient, calm, and avoids drama.
C) Write a statement as to how those characteristics may have “helped” you or how they have allowed you to do things. (AKA seen as a positive.) D.) Write a statement as to how those characteristics may have “hurt” you or how they have not allowed you to do things. (AKA seen as a negative.)
These traits help me because I can help others and I don't go off. I can stay calm in situations and I can wait for others. Sometimes I am too patient and those same people won't do the same for me.

By examining Indigo Summary- watching ̈Indigo Activate ̈ video-to review meaning of DISC and ̈high ̈ and ̈low ̈ characteristics and self reflection.

So you can maximise your potential in your career and your life. To understand yourself and develop goals and find ways to attain those goals. So we can use what's unique about us.

S stands for steadiness. It relates to how to respond to pace and change.
2.) STEADINESS- Looking at your DISC summary- A.) Identify if you are a “High” or “Low” –Steadiness and list your “score”. B.) List 4 characteristics of that “type” of Steadiness. C) Write a
statement as to how those characteristics may have “helped” you or how they have allowed you to do things. (AKA seen as a positive) D.) Write a statement as to how those characteristics may have “hurt” you or how they have not allowed you to do things. (AKA seen as a negative.)
I am a high S with a score of 68. Some characteristics of a high S are patient, supportive, routine-driven, orderly efficient. I actually don't think I am a high S because I am definitely not patient and very much like a low S.
3.) COMPLIANCE- Looking at your DISC summary on your Indigo report- What does the “C” stands for and what behavior does it relate to? (As in what does it mean?)
C stands for compliance. It relates to following rules and procedures and how one handles constraints.
4.) COMPLIANCE- Looking at your DISC summary- A.) Identify if you are “High” or “Low” Compliance and your “score”. B.) List 4 characteristics of that “type” of Compliance. C.) Write a statement as to how those characteristics may have “helped” you or how they have allowed you to do things. (AKA seen as a positive.) D.) Write a statement as to how those characteristics may have “hurt” you or how they have not allowed you to do things. (AKA seen as a negative.)
I am a low C. My score was a 38. Some characteristics of a low C are Independent, focus on the big picture, care free, and not systematic. Being a low C you can be too carefree and no one will think that you value anything. They do allow you to not worry and stuff that shouldn't matter.

any category, if so, which ones? List score. C.) What are the characteristics of a bridge? (As in what can “Bridges” do?) D.) What can you identify as a “positive thing” about a “Bridge” score. E.) What can you identify as potentially negative about a “Bridge” score?c
A bridge is a score of 40 - 60. Yes, I am a bridge for two categories; dominance and influencing. Characteristics include, someone who is highly adaptable, looks to help team team succeed. Some positive things about this are, I can be more adaptable and can change easier then someone who is a high or low in all sections.
