This project was definetly a learning experience I think for many people. My group overall got along well though we had our high's and low's, we eventually got to an understanding between one another and were able to finish the project with a good final project. This project required more communication than before and trying to discuss more ideas that I hadn't yet anticipated. Throughout the project I think an area I did well was in collaboration. There were many aspects of the project that required splitting up the work and getting things all done seperately to try and finish on time. I feel like I was able to give criticism to ideas, but also take some myself which helped the process of finalizing our idea for the final product. Another area I think I did well was in conscientious learning. Throughout the whole project I tried to make sure I kept some involvement in almost every aspect. Being able to manage time and get the project done on time was something I was concerned about almost the whole time, so being able to keep track to what we needed to get done, setting goals for time, while still inquiring on things I didn't understand was important to me. My group worked well when we all were able to use our own strengths and helping one another.
Though I think the project went well there were most definetly parts were I could have improved and made a difference for the sake of the project and even my own grasping of the content. One area I could improve on is communication, though I was able to talk to my group about what we needed to do, I think I could work on talking more to my group so we all completely understood everyhing. Making sure we are all on the same page is important part of working as a group and I think something I could improve on. Another area I could work on in the future is character. An important aspect of character is a growth mindset and I think that is something I can work on. I feel like whenever I felt stuck I stopped for a while and didn't put much effort into understanding until I completely had to. In the future I will work on trying harder and not feeling as stuck.
