S.T.E.M. Outdoor Space

For this project there was an area in our school nest to our new S.T.E.M. building that was nothing but dead grass. We were supposed to build something there that would be good for our school as a place to be and learn.

Outdoor STEM Space Plan

This is our slideshow that we made to present and show the judges. We included all of our blueprints, costs, and and ideas.

Paper Blueprint:

This is our paper blueprint which was the first thing we did when trying to decide the layout of project. We tried to include everything so that it would be easy when we eventually made a 3D model.

Virtual 3D Blueprint:

This is our 3D blueprint that I made. It is a more detailed layout of our paper blueprint and includes better visuals to make it easier to understand what we are planning and what our final product is going to look like.

3D Model:

This model we built was made out of plywood and Popsicle sticks. On top of our plywood building we have a blown up version of our stream and bridge made out of Popsicle sticks. The benches are also made out of Popsicle sticks and are the only thing not to scale. And finally our creek bed is made out little pebbles off of our schools track.
