End of Term Message Autumn 2023
We made it! Autumn term is done and we are all deserving of a break. Thank you to everyone who has made this such a successful and fun term for grown ups and children alike - we are truly grateful for all the effort and good cheer.
We have had some really great events which have raised important funds for the school and children as well as raising plenty of smiles.
You may have noticed the great improvements made to the Holm Oak corner in the KS1 playgound - previously better known for bird deposits and green plastic screening, this area has been cleaned and tidied, broken benches and years of bird deposits removed, new plants including real climbers to provide screening, shade and scents, have gone in and this has become a lovely haven of green life in the playground. This work was enabled by the PTA funds set aside by the school for a 'wellbeing area' last year and we are delighted to see it being used in such a practical and positive way.
Looking forward to 2024, a few key things for January
