Our raffle and most of our stalls are supplied by and rely on donations from school families. If you are doing a Spring clean and have any of the following please put a box aside and bring to the Church Field on Friday 20th June for the 'Big Help Out'.
We will gratefully accept any of the following donations:
🎟️ Raffle prizes - vouchers, wine etc.
🏆Tombola prizes - cans of pop, bottles of squash, toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, soap, sweets, stationery, chocolates, toiletries, surplus party favours, unwanted presents etc.
📚 Books
Bric-a-brac items that are in good working order and you would like to give a new home.
🧸🪀Toys
👕👖👗 Children's clothing including St Michael’s school uniform.
Note: Due to the volume of clothes donations we receive, we will only be accepting items that are bagged in ages. Please only donate clothes clean and unstained items.
Homemade crafts and produce:
🥮Fresh food: Decorated cupcakes, muffins, toffee, fudge, sweets, decorated cake pops/other child’s sweets, recipes for cakes in a pretty jar or pot, fresh bread, large or small celebration type cakes, banana loaves, fruit cakes, carrot cakes, flapjacks
🫙 Longer life food: pickles, jams, chutneys, marinades, spice rubs, sauces, cordials...
Crafts/other: Candles, knitted items (iPad/iPhone covers), bags, pouches, decorated hair clips, decorated water bottles, jewellery, keyrings.
Tea pavilion:
We would love to showcase your amazing bakes at our tea pavilion.
If you are able to support we ask you to note what you are providing on our list, to help us plan other purchases
