Theory of Knowledge is a chance for students to take a step back from their learning and investigate the nature of knowledge itself. Within TOK, students think deeply about the relative nature of knowledge and how it differs between cultures, over time, and within academic disciplines.
TOK is assessed through an exhibition, completed at the end of year 12, and an essay, completed in year 13.
A deep curiosity about the world, the ability to look at ideas from multiple perspectives, and deep subject knowledge in their academic courses.
