FY27 TM II Training Program
The FY27 TM II training program is designed to build on the Basics a TM II needs to be successful in their role. This comprehensive 4-day training program covers "A Day in the Life" of a lead worker. Here is the overview of the 4-day course:
Day 1: Pre-Ops Leadership
Day 2: Operational Excellence
Day 3: Execution and Adaptability
Day 4: Leadership, People , and Intergration
This training program will be facilitated by Regional Managemant and Supervision in conjunction with MTA staff.
Summer and Fall sessions:
July 13 - 16, August 3 - 6, August 10 - 13, August 31 - Sept 3, Sept 28 - October 1
Spring sessions:
March 22 - 25, April 19 - 22
The TM II "Putting the Basics in Place" curriculum will be automatically assigned to all TM II through SOC Learns. This training is mandatory for all employees holding the TM II classification. To register for a session, go to the SOC Learns Training Portal, choose Learning > My Training & Transcript to access the CDOT - FY27 TM II Putting the Basics in Place (MOTS). Assigned training is on the Active tab and includes your specific due date.
