Winter Operations Patrol Plans

Winter Operations Patrol Plans were updated and refined for all 224 maintenance patrols in the state. The plans were moved to the training services site so that plans would be more readable and could also serve as training documents for new hires on that particular patrol. Further refinement was also used for the template so that plans remained consistent throughout the state and honed in on critical information such as historic, weather-related problem areas, trigger points for product usage and reduced levels of service, and operations through the evolution of the storm. All patrol plans are posted on the training services site and will be further utilized for future projects with route optimization and the adaptive snowplow routing platform.
