This app collects and reports real time information from field personnel regarding patrols operational readiness.
What is the app?
This app collects information from the field and displays real time data in a convenient dashboard display. Information available:
Head count of Equipment Operators
Local plow operators
Supporting plow operators from other areas and patrols
Temporary employees
New Hires
Equipment Available
Material Available
Login and passwords for this app are the same individual logins used for the Night Inspection app. This data should be entered weekly or anytime there is a change in one of the collection data points.
Who Will use this app?
This app is designed to allow TM II’s, TM III’s and LTC OPS to update pertinent operational information weekly to ensure accurate data is available before the storm.
The Emergency Management Team, Superintendents and other Winter Operation stakeholders will review this information to make strategic data-informed decisions during snow operation.

Important Deleted patrol information
There has been a glitch in the app identified by the users. Some users are accidentally deleting their patrols from the system. This occurs after you have finished updating your patrols personnel, equipment or material, a window will appear with two overlapping buttons. The button to close the app is overlapped with the delete button. When a user sees this error, the user must take extra care not to click the delete button behind the close button. See the photo below as an example of what to look for. If a patrol is accidently deleted, complete the feedback support form above to have the patrol reinstalled in the app.
Look for the over lapping buttons shown above.
