CDOT 101:
Brilliant at the Basics
Changes to DMO’s CDOT 101 Brilliant at the Basics New Employee Training Program
The CDOT 101 Program is now in a 1-week format, with all programming being delivered in-person at the Training Academy at the Region 1 HQ, KOA Campus - 18500 E. Colfax Avenue, Aurora, CO 80011. The new agenda and format will be a more efficient delivery of the program, without sacrificing the quality or quantity of any of the classes currently on the agenda.
The new format eliminates the 2-day virtual classroom training that was implemented during COVID, and moves all training - both classroom sessions and the 3-day hands-on Equipment Workshop - to a wholly in-person, instructor-led format.
Classes will begin at noon on Monday and end at 1:30 on Friday to allow for travel for employees outside of the Denver area, and will run from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday. An updated agenda for the new format can be found below.
CDOT 101 registration is in SOC Learns.
