CDOT uses Form 568 to approve temporary reductions in speed limits to enhance work zone safety.
In 2024, CDOT launched an online application to centralize Form 568 submission, approval, and document retention. This webpage contains links to resources, training opportunities, and other relevant information regarding the Form 568 process.

Form 568 Application Training is currently being delivered on a region-by-region basis. Use the Google Form to see scheduled training and register for your Region’s training.
